24 Hour Cancellation Policy
 
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Therefore, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your reservation.  If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. This fee will apply to your next scheduled appointment.
 
Missed Appointments
 
A 50% fee of scheduled service is required upon your next scheduled appointment. 
 
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Because the service is reserved for you PERSONALLY, a cancellation fee will apply.
